I went into the Nanaimo ,BC office today. I was given a very warm welcome by Brittany. She was very pleasant and helpful. It was so nice to be greeted and helped in this way. You always hear the negatives about companies, not the positives which is the case with Brittany. She is a shining star and should be recognized for her great customer service.

I read all the negative reviews. Mainly about the high interest rates. If my credit rating was better and I wasn't desperate for quick funds periodically I wouldn't need this service . But since I do require this service it had been a life saver for me. It's fast. Easy, digital. Amazing. If I do need customer support...there has been no judgement, very polite and helpful agents . First class customer service! Even many credit cards are charging 21% interest Certainly no scams here. I've never had such an incident. I feel blessed with Lend direct since my own bank of 65 years has given me no help after my Husband passed away at 54... And I was forced to sell our home. I had both my mortgages and line of credit with RBC for over 40 years...and excellent credit rating ...never a late payment. When I really could have used the support...they wouldn't even renew my credit card. Shame on you RBC. Loan direct took away so much financial stress .One day soon I won't require their assistance any longer. But I will be forever grateful to Lend direct for helping me when I needed it the most. I would strongly recommend them...if you really need the help
